What you’ll do for us:

  • Be developing New B2B Leads to promote the company’s products & services.
  • Be a confident communicator both written and through phone sales / cold calling
  • Have a working knowledge of selling platforms in the marketplace.
  • Be preparing marketing emails, establishing sales potentials and effectively monitoring new sales leads.
  • Creating new customer relationships to identify their needs and improve results
  • Working closely with the marketing team to perform market research and collecting customer feedback to improve service and product.
  • Evaluating Lead generation performance, compiling reports and submitting them to senior management.
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with customers in the UK and Internationally.
  • With this role there is the opportunity to earn more based on sales achieved alongside your salary

Marketing Executive

Are you an ambitious commercially minded individual, either recently graduated from a masters degree or with a few years marketing experience looking for a challenging and rewarding marketing role? Are you full of ideas, a keen problem solver with a proactive attitude?

If the answer is yes, then this could be the opportunity for you.

We are looking for someone full of ideas, unafraid of failure, extremely curious, keen to make an impact. We’re a start-up so we need someone who is able, and wants to take the lead in their area of responsibility, so if you are looking to prove yourself and reap the rewards of being one of the “first in the door” then we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and developing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Working with Business Development Executives, Social Media Manager and Content Executives to develop marketing and sales collateral
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Managing the digital channels of the company including website etc.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy.
  • Creating and managing creative marketing collateral.
  • Updating relevant databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Monitoring the performance of marketing activities.

What you’ll have:

  • Either a recent Masters level graduate with a marketing / business focused degree
  • And/or 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing; preferably in tech, SaaS or Data / Analytics
  • An ability to create, review and edit content in multiple formats; including webpages, blogs, emails, adverts, and marketing collateral.
  • Thorough understanding and experience in managing SEO, PPC and CRM campaigns.
  • Experience with CMS and a variety of marketing tech; “I’ve used WordPress and Google Analytics before, and any tech I haven’t used, I’d love the opportunity to learn how for myself”.
  • Creative Flair; “I don’t think the way things have ‘always been done’ is always the way things should be done. I’ll create something new.”
  • Intellectual curiosity; “If I don’t know, that’s fine…but I’ll find the answer and fast.”
  • Focus on results; “I know what I need to do, and I’ll be able to prove how I did it”.
  • Flexibility; “My role is attracting and retaining paying customers and I know that working in a start-up means that I’ll have to be flexible and adapt to achieve these aims”.
